The
DR-1 has been improved slightly for 2002. Most notibly with the addition
of a rear floating disc mount. This feature has been added to many high
end downhill bikes and prevents suspension lock-up when braking.
The 8" of rear travel uses sealed bearings which isolates the suspension
from the drivetrain. Integrated chain rollers ensure your chain will stay
on as you descend. Profile's dishless new hubs are matched with a custom
6-speed rear cassette. These are turned by their own racing cranks. The
frame is sold with cranks, BB, rear hub and chain guide. It retails for
$3195.95

The DSL-2 is build for dual slalom with 4" of rear travel. The frame
is sold with cranks, BB, rear hub and chain guide. It retails for $2545.95

The Fireball chainwheel is new for 2002. The chainring is machined from
9mm billet aluminum plate. It is available in two chain widths (1/8"
or 3/16") and has 44 teeth. It retails for $54.95.
