The Sidewinder Recumbent Cycle is a comfortable 2-wheeled drive recumbent bike. The bike is controlled with two handles that control the shifting, braking, and steering. Shifting gears is very easy with the grip shifters, and the hydraulic disk brakes make sure you stop quickly.

The Sidewinder is equipped with front wheel drive and rear wheel steering. Heat-treated steel rods are used to connect the steering handle to the rear wheel. This insures positive control with either hand. The pro cruiser plus and the pro cruiser are equipped with an alternate steering mode. In tight locations or just for fun, the positive handle steering can be released, and the brakes that act side to side can be used to stop one of the drive wheels, and direct all of the peddling power to the other front wheel.
